Job Title: Order Fulfillment Lead and Marketing Specialist

Hourly: $24 + Medical/Dental + Vacation/Sick Leave Benefits

Employment Status: Full-time

Work hours (per week): 40 

Schedule: Monday - Friday  

This specialist’s primary focus is on post-harvest operations, including supporting crop harvesting, managing supplies and consumables, tracking product inventory, leading order fulfillment, coordinating new accounts and sales, and providing general customer service for commercial clients. The specialist’s kuleana (responsibility) is to oversee post-harvest processing flow, ensure efficiency and optimization, and implement new systems for order fulfillment. This position is also responsible for scheduling and executing deliveries to restaurant and wholesale partners in Honolulu. The specialist will maintain daily records using the Heavy Connect software application to complete logs required for our USDA Group GAP Food Safety Program. As the primary point of contact for direct orders (via text, email, and/or web POS), purchase orders, and invoices, this person will also communicate product availability to customers. Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential. Finally, the specialist must be adaptable to the company’s evolving needs and willing to perform basic farm work outside of harvest and delivery days as needed.
